Download the app from Google Play or the App Store, open it, and tap 'Sign Up'. Enter your phone number, verify via OTP, and complete your business profile.

On the login screen, tap 'Forgot Password'. Enter your registered phone number or email and follow the OTP verification process to set a new password.

You can browse the platform as a buyer, but to post listings or apply as a verified supplier, a complete business profile is required.

Go to your profile, tap 'Apply as Supplier', and complete the verification form with your business details. Our team reviews applications within 2–5 business days.

Applications may be rejected if the business information is incomplete or cannot be verified. You can reapply after correcting the information. Contact support for details.

You can start a chat with any supplier or buyer directly from their profile or product listing. Chats are stored in your inbox for easy access.

Yes, your messages are private and encrypted. We do not read your conversations unless required by law or to investigate a reported violation.

Open the chat, tap the three-dot menu, and select 'Report'. Our moderation team will review the report within 24 hours.

You can upload product images (JPG, PNG) and videos (MP4). Images should be under 10MB and videos under 100MB for optimal performance.

Check your internet connection. Ensure the file meets the size and format requirements. If the issue persists, restart the app and try again.

Go to the supplier or listing profile, tap the three-dot menu, and select 'Report'. Provide details about your concern and our team will investigate.

Email us at support@mmarekani.com with a description of the issue, your device type, and screenshots if possible. We aim to respond within 24 hours.

Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account and follow the on-screen steps. Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
